Solutions

With the support of Shopify experts, we built a custom automation plan that utilized Shopify Plus-exclusive technologies and smooth third-party connections.

We used Shopify Flow to automate key tasks such as customer segmentation, loyalty reward workflows, and dynamic order tagging. This allowed the marketing team to personalize campaigns without requiring user input.

Shopify Launchpad was utilized to pre-schedule product launches, flash sales, and seasonal deals, resulting in timely and faultless execution. Our team developed custom Shopify Scripts to manage conditional discounts, automate low-stock alerts, and identify VIP customers based on their shopping habits.

To eliminate inventory problems, we utilized apps like Stocky and Katana to automate inventory management and assure real-time sync across all channels.

For post-purchase engagement, we integrated Klaviyo, allowing for behavior-triggered emails such as abandoned cart recovery, product recommendations, and follow-ups.

While Loop and Returnly were used to simplify and automate returns management. These integrations, combined with other upselling and cart recovery tools, ensured a seamless and scalable backend system.
